Meet Your Coaches
Sonya Dreizler (She/Her)
I'm Sonya, co-founder of Choir. I lead business development and client services for our conference clients, and developed the algorithm behind the Choir Score. I’m a passionate advocate for increasing representation of women and people of color in business, and also a data nerd. Combining these two passions at Choir is a privilege and a joy.
Some of the highlights of my work experience include serving as CEO of a Broker-Dealer & RIA, being an ESG consultant before ESG was cool, and authoring the acclaimed Do Better Series.
When I'm not working, you can find me filling my home with friends, good food, and plants.
Liv Gagnon (She/Her)
Hey, I'm Liv, and I'm the proud co-founder of Choir, where I lead our Voices platform to help more people of color, women, and nonbinary professionals step into the spotlight via media & speaking opportunities.
I've spent the last 10 years as a PR, branding, and media relations consultant with a passion for working with underrepresented founders. After starting a firm designed to launch mission-aligned companies into the public eye, I realized I could leverage my experiences, connections, and resources to bring diverse voices to the spotlight at scale. Enter Choir.
I live in Los Angeles with my pittie rescue pal, June, and I'm always down to talk about music, food, and The Real Housewives.
