Information on LGBTQ+ policies and laws is from the Human Rights Campaign.

How to use this tool:
Use the "search by state" bar, hover over a state to view details, or scroll down to the table below.
Purple states have legal protections for reproductive rights and LGBTQ+ rights.
Blue states have protection for one of the groups, and basic access for the other.
Green states have protection for one of the groups, and are hostile to the other.
Yellow states have basic access for one of the groups, and are hostile to the other.
Orange states are hostile to both groups.
